WebsiteLesley and Al Kroach have worked together creatively across a variety of mediums for many years. Their artistic partnership began in the 1970s through a shared interest in stained glass and has since expanded into painting, printmaking, photography, and the creation of whimsical vintage clocks.
Lesley graduated from Sheridan College as an illustrator and worked for more than 10 years as a graphic designer. She has also worked as an interior design consultant in Toronto for over 40 years. Her paintings and serigraphs have been exhibited in galleries and art shows, and she has hosted exhibitions on Stoney Lake that bring local artists together.
Al is a passionate photographer interested in how simple subjects can be transformed through composition and perspective. He combines photography with digital and mixed media techniques to create distinctive and expressive works.
More recently, Lesley and Al have focused on fused glass. Their interest began while spending a winter in Florida, where they discovered a local glass studio and immediately connected with the medium. Since then, they have taken courses across North America and built a fully equipped fused glass studio at their home on Stoney Lake.
